Cheynes Training was originally formed by William Howarth and Jennifer Cheyne OBE to create and develop a range of high quality foundation learning programmes linked to the National Vocational Qualification structure which was introduced in Spring 1989. Cheynes Training is now an operating division of Cheynes Management Limited, William Howarth remains as Executive Chair and Melanie Mitchell was appointed as Managing Director in January 2021.
