It was a night of tears and laughter and plenty of hearty applause when Business Matters Awards came to town.
The great and the good of the business communities from large parts of West and East Sussex converged upon the Arora Hotel Gatwick on Friday 25th July.
Television personality and journalist Fred Dinenage was the man in charge of the microphone as a staggering 19awards were handed out to companies as diverse as multinational IT firms to undertakers.
One of the biggest winners of the night went to Visions Hair Academy in Crawley. Visions delivers high quality NVQ Hairdressing Training to 14 salons in Crawley, Horsham, Horley and Gatwick areas as well as working with local schools. Sarah Hawtin and Louise Lethbridge were delighted with their award and are proud of having a near 100 per cent success rate of getting their trainees a job. Louise said this means a lot to us as we have worked really hard to make this a success.
