There are currently two very important learner surveys taking place, both are aimed at obtaining feedback from learners about the apprenticeship programme. The first of these surveys is from Ofsted, the government inspection body for schools, colleges and for work-based learning in England. The other survey is being undertaken by the Education and Skills Funding Agency.

Ofsted has developed a set of online questionnaires to support the Common Inspection Framework. There are three separate Ofsted questionnaires; for apprentices, for parents and carers and for employers.

The online questionnaire for learners may be completed anytime and we really would encourage all employers, educators and assessors to get every apprentices to take part in the survey. Please visit https://learnerview.ofsted.gov.uk and follow the online instructions to conduct the short survey.

We look forward to hearing the feedback from your survey; in the meantime, if you would like more information about Ofsted inspections please see the relevant section on the Ofsted website: http://www.ofsted.gov.uk/further-education-and-skills/
