The early part of the year coincides with two important surveys aimed at obtaining employer feedback about the apprenticeship programme. The first of these surveys is from Ofsted, the government inspection body for schools, colleges and for work-based learning in England. Ofsted has developed a set of online questionnaires to support the Common Inspection Framework. There are three separate Ofsted questionnaires; for employers, parents and carers and for apprentices (who Ofsted refer to as learners).

The online questionnaire for employers may be completed anytime and we really would encourage everyone to take part in the survey. Please visit https://employerview.ofsted.gov.uk and follow the instructions to conduct the short survey.

We will shortly let all apprentices know and ask them to take part in their survey.

We look forward to hearing the feedback from your survey; in the meantime, if you would like more information about Ofsted inspections please see the relevant section on the Ofsted website: https://www.gov.uk/government/collections/ofsted-inspections-of-further-education-and-skills-providers
