Good Practice Guide

From time to time we hear of a really interesting new approach to training that directly leads to an improvement in performance, either for an individual Candidate, for the educator team or for the salon as a whole. Examples range from ‘model finding’ to ‘how to offer constructive criticism’.

We are keen to share these new ideas with everyone on the programme and in the past we have printed various articles in e-Update. We have now gathered some of these articles together in this section of the website, over time this ‘database’ will build into a comprehensive collection of good practice

If you have an example of good practice you would like to share with others, please contact us at enquiries@cheynestraining.com Full credit will be given to any idea published.

The following articles have all appeared in e-updates and form part of the Cheynes Training Good Practice Guide.
